Luckily, we’re spoiled for choice with amazing suppliers doing the right thing, many right on our doorstep.


With roots in the lakes of Northern Italy, the Agosti family have bought authentic tasting gelato to Cookham, and we can’t get enough of it. Creamy, soft and next-level naughty, with seasonal flavours swapped in throughout the year.


James’ coffee has been a staple in our house for years so it was a no-brainer bringing his beans in as our house blend. Roasted down the road in Marlow, you won’t find a better bean about!


Brewed just 5 miles up the road in White Waltham. From crisp, refreshing Pilsner all the way to a full hop punch with PK3; Stardust beers are perfect with pizza.

It kills us that so much of our food comes from half way round the globe. Thanks to Square Mile Farms and their hydroponic system, we are now talking about ‘food feet’ rather than ‘food miles’ for our beautiful basil. And you cannot beat that smell!


Pioneers in regenerative farming, our flour supplier Wildfarmed – headed up by Groove Armada DJ Andy Cato – increases biodiversity without the use of ‘cides, drawing down carbon in the process. By putting soil health first, and paying farmers properly, they are able to grow tasty, highly nutritious food, in a way that heals the planet.
