Bored of the same old sandwiches for lunch? We’ve shaken things up with our pizza sandos. Using our signature planet friendly dough, we open ‘em up and stuff ‘em with all kinds of delicious.
Our KnFC* Caesar Sando is the shining light of the lunch menu (and brunch menu in Wokingham 👀), with buttermilk brined chicken thigh from Stefan’s Butchers coated in panko breadcrumbs before being fried ‘til juicy and crisp. It’s then slathered in our house Caesar dressing before being stuffed inside a pizza sando with crisp lettuce and a heavy dosage of Parmesan for good measure.
If looking for something a little more classic, then our riff on the classic Caprese is the one for you. Our Buffed Up Caprese sees creamy Fratelli Amodio stracciatella cheese and house pesto paired with tomatoes, rocket and bocconcini (buffalo mozzarella pearls).

CHICKEN CAESAR SANDO - 11
Our signature sando. She a big girl!
KnFC (Knead Fried Chicken) buttermilk brined fried chicken, crispy lettuce, Caesar dressing and Parmesan rain. Like imagine it’s absolutely lashing it down. Yeah, that much Parmesan rain.

Buffed Up Caprese - 7.95
A classic. Elevated. Jam packed full of creamy stracciatella cheese from Fratelli Amodio in Somerset, our fan favourite is sure to give you a lunchtime win. Throw in fresh tomatoes, rocket, pesto and buffalo mozzarella and you’ve a stunner of a sando!

Mortadella & Pistachio
We’re hanging on to any semblance of Summer with this beauty. Bologna’s finest mortadella (aka Billy Bear Ham for adults) is slices wafer thin and stuffed in our pizza sando with lettuce, creamy stracciatella and pistachio jewels. I mean they’re not jewels but they are pretty!

Vegan Nduja (VE) - 10
Whether you are Veganuary-ing or not, this one is jam packed full of goodness. Vegan NO-duja mayo, grilled artichokes, olives, rocket leaves.
